Telling a story is most commonly done using words. However, including other sensory modalities such as vision, will increase the acess to the story for those listeners who communicate better via visual images as compared to the written or spoken word. My attached example uses both words and pictures. The picture I include became a powerful tool for me to express the detail and emotional content of my analysis of my Burnout / Breakdown in 2019. I draw on my experience and knowledge of Neurolinguistic Programming to support my own observations.
