Carers/Family/Kinship Group Members

Our 2025 ALIVE Lived Experience Research Priority-Setting Replenishment Study focuses on the views of carer, family, or kinship group members, and gives the opportunity for anyone supporting someone with mental ill-health to take part. At this time, we are focusing on priorities for carers, family, and kinship group members who do not also identify as someone with personal experience of mental ill-health. We will conduct further priority-setting for people who have both experiences at a later date.
As part of this phase, emotion mappers are still needed to help generate and prioritise mental health research topics. You will have a private online workspace called a Mural board, where you can use virtual post-it notes to reflect on the importance of topics and think about how they should be organised. Click here to read the full information sheet for the emotion mapping. If you would like to take part in the emotion mapping, please email alive-hub@unimelb.edu.au
The ethical aspects of the emotion mapping project have been approved by the ANU Human Research Ethics Committee (Protocol H/2024/0495)
